Yar’J was a great leasing professional that welcomed me with open arms and always responded to me in a timely fashion. I give her 5 stars for her professionalism. However at the time of move in (which was my first time viewing the apartment) I was warned of unfriendly neighbors below me and was told to try to not allow my child to play in the living room for that reason. Less than a week of move in I was written a letter from the neighbor below me regarding how thin the walls are and that I should be mindful when I walk around. In this situation people should be mindful that they chose to live underneath someone and should be mindful that I will freely walk around in an apartment I pay for.

I recently moved into Village Square apartments. This was such an easy process and Yar’J was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She responded very quickly with any questions to concerns I had and we moved in quickly and seamlessly. The apartment is so much better than I could have imagined from pictures with plenty of space and was very clean and up to date upon move-in. So far I am very happy with my new home and will update as we get settled.

I am very pleased with Larry who came and investigated a concern I had with my apartment. He was very efficient and professional and assured me all was okay. Cleaned up after himself

It has been great working with SNS Management doing the Fire Safety inspections at the locations, A1 Sprinkler and Systems Integration. Karley Harrison has been great to work with. Great customer service! We look forward to the future working with you.

Man I love it here… the sns team has been really listening to us. Jake has been phenomenal on getting my needs done for my house. He needs a raised… I had put in a maintenance request for my refrigerator which he did and I told him about one of the light bulbs in my room just went out and he change them for me too. I love jake ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Dean Wells was amazing! He fixed our sink and dryer vent, they hadn't been working right for months and he figured out the problems to both and had them fixed in just a few hours, we our dryer is working prefect and our sink looks amazing!
